title: Coffee Coffee Coffee
time: 8:35 am

At work we are doing a bit of an experiment for a new coffee maker. We get a monster spaceship coffee machine for 2 weeks at a time and get to try it out and compare it to the others we bring in. The first one (and the one we currently have) is interesting. You can make "60 different variations" of some sort of hot drink whether it be coffee, steamed milk or one involving chocolate, not to mention the different flavours you can add. The only problem so far is that the "milk" is powdered something or other and the coffee is "put hair on your chest" strong. Other than that, it is sweet and definitely beats the old coffee pot. Plus the spanish language selection is spectacular and funny to boot.

I have never been a big coffee drinker until recently. I find that it is bitter and most often far too strong. But with the lack of sleep that has been a problem lately (ok, when is that ever not a problem...), coffee, with lots of hot chocolate added, has been doing a very nice job of giving a bit of a boost in the mornings. But I warn you now. If you ever have an accupuncture appt. and think "hey, I have time to stop by Starbucks and grab myself a nice warm chai latte before I go", make sure they understand you when you say chai latte. If you don't you will end up with a regular latte, and then feeling stupid will not ask for something different but try and down what you have bought. A grande latte will give you a solid buzz, I had the hardest time trying to concentrate and zen out during accupuncture, but had way too much caffine in my system for it to work. Definitely not the best idea ever. Accupuncture was great, but not so much relaxing as it was rejuvinating and it left me feeling so positive and light. Like I had left everything negative with the release. Definitely worth it if you haven't tried it.

SAGITTARIUS
Let’s do away with some of your … shall we say… tendencies to procrastinate. There is so much you would love to do but you get a little lazy and decide it can be done tomorrow. Why put off to tomorrow what you can do today? Especially when you get it done and can do so much more after. Do it right when you think about it. Start with the little stuff; taking out the garbage or the oil change but when you think about it, do it. Come 2012 you will be surprised at how much you accomplished in 2011 and how it didn’t take you that long to do it.

From the Sexstrology Blog

I don't know how this could come any closer to the truth. I guess this the year to stop procrastinating.
